Once you have made a provisional booking, please post the completed booking form together with your deposit [£150 per week] to us within 7 days. Cheques should be made payable to D N Trafford and sent to the UK address.

Booking conditions
The balance is due 8 weeks before the beginning of the holiday. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the full amount due should be paid when sending the booking form.

A refundable security deposit of £100 is required with the final balance, this will be refunded within 2 weeks following departure date provided no damage was caused to property or contents and no excessive cleaning has to be done.
Clients must always notify the owner or property manager of any damage to the property or it's contents and leave the property clean and in good order. In the event of any emergency affecting services to the house, access must be allowed for repairs to be carried out.

Cancellation charges in respect of property rental. Up to 8 weeks before commencement of holiday - forfeit of deposit. Within 8 weeks of holiday - the total cost will be forfeited.
We advise you to arrange adequate medical / holiday insurance for your holiday.

Please remember that the water supply in a hot climate is not generally plentiful therefore please use water considerately.
In the interest of the clients safety, we advise you not to use the swimming pool for diving.

Following preparations for your arrival, the accommodation will normally be available from 16:00 hours. Upon your departure, the villa should be vacated by 10:00 hours.

Mac users - click on booking form, click Edit, click Copy and save it on your computer, it can then be printed out, filled in and posted with your deposit.
